Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UnifiedArc platform and website (unifiedarc.com) operated by UnifiedArc ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

UnifiedArc is a multi-cloud cost and security monitoring platform. It provides visibility, analysis, recommendations, and alerts based on data read from the cloud accounts you connect. UnifiedArc uses read-only access and never modifies, creates, or deletes resources in your cloud infrastructure.

2. Accounts & access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials.
• Company managers may invite team members; invited members access only what the manager assigns.
• If your company enables single sign-on (SSO), authentication is delegated to your identity provider.
• You must not share accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law.

3. Your cloud connections

You connect cloud accounts by granting UnifiedArc read-only roles or equivalent credentials that you control and can revoke at any time. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to connect the accounts you connect. Revoking access stops new data collection immediately.

4. Plans, billing & renewal

• Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or as stated at purchase) until cancelled.
• Plan limits (such as connected accounts, team seats, retained history, and available modules) are described at purchase and may be configured per plan.
• You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. A receipt is issued for every charge.

5. Data & retention

• Your monthly spending reports remain available for one full year — even if you disconnect your cloud accounts or cancel — and are never auto-deleted during that year.
• Resolved cost-alert records are retained for six months, then automatically removed.

6. Intellectual property

We own the platform, its software, and branding. You own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to process the data you connect solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimers

The service provides monitoring, analysis, and recommendations on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Insights, forecasts, and recommendations are informational — they are based on the data available to us and do not guarantee outcomes, savings, or the prevention of any cost or security incident. You remain responsible for decisions made about your infrastructure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service, with notice where practicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for account holders) with an updated date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
